Just letting you all know I will be taking bookings again for personal training and remedial massage only (no relaxation available as yet and only limited to essential remedial treatments). There will be new rules and restrictions in place such as only one client at a time on the premises (unfortunately this also means you will not be able to bring children to the appts). 09.01.2022 Hi team! Latest update is at this stage massage therapists and outdoor fitness are allowed to continue to operate, however as I had planned on taking next two weeks off to travel to SA (which is no longer happening) I will not be running classes or taking appointments for the next two weeks to help reduce the spread and will reassess after this. Ill post some home workouts over the next few weeks so everyone can continue to exercise and not miss out. Online orders and sales... for Shakti mats, essential oils and diffusers still available. The first online training will be held Tuesday 6pm via Zoom, if you want to join in just pm your email address and Ill send the link through Most workouts will be equipment free but if you have weights it will help increase the intensity of your workout, if you dont have any equipment thats fine too! Everything will be designed around using items that can be found around the house. Dumbbells can be switched out for bottled water, canned food, bags of flour..., rice etc. Kettlebells can be switched out for 3L milk bottles or paint tins. Benches/steps can be switched out for fit balls or chairs/couches. Otherwise you can follow along without extra equipment See more
