It wasn't your usual wine story as it contained no reference to fragrances of wild berries and autumnal fruits, notes of burnt cinnamon and pugnacious wafts of aged tobacco. The Mayflower has the best breakfast buffet I had in Australia. Hennessy Rooftop Bar is situated on the roof terrace and is a fabulous place to end any evening.
