In his interesting & readable book, From Impossible to Possible, Andrew Hollo moves analytically through steps that demonstrate how public policy & private interests can be combined to create profound change. If you’re sceptical, let’s remind you that in the USA, traffic fatalities are at an all-time low; unemployment is virtually non-existent at 4% (the same as the UKwith 5% in AUS); & murders in New York City have gone down from over 2,000 (1990) to 289 (2018)still too many, but the fewest number in nearly 70yrs.
