21.01.2022 Further updates with regards to counselling @ Synergy Counselling: The Government is seeking, where possible, for Telehealth via computer or phone to be accessed. These are the 2 preferred methods of accessing counselling/medical/allied health service at this time. Therefore, for your ongoing health & safety and to meet the government requirements ALL future counselling sessions are to be accessed via either of these two means listed above. What does this mean for you?... 1. You need to decide which method you prefer. If via computer I will need your email address, so I can send you a link. 2. All sessions via Telehealth (computer or phone) are bulk billed (no out of pocket cost). 3. The sessions used via these options are part of the TEN annual sessions accessible under your current Mental Health Care Plan. 4. This is likely to be in effect for as long as we are in Stage 3 (or more). So, if you have an appointment coming up, please think about which option best suits you and I will be in contact regarding which method you’d prefer. 16.01.2022 It’s with exciting news that Synergy is moving into Goodlife Physiotherapy come January 2020. Joining a fabulous multi-disciplinary team in the heart of Traralgon. Same phone number and fax. Looking forward to working from there in the New Year.

01.01.2022 Patient Safety - Goodlife Physio Synergy Counselling Services remains open offering face to face, phone and telehealth [more to come with regards to this as it evolves] counselling. I am doing all that is possible to make sure clients are as safe as possible when attending the clinic for an appointment. When attending a counselling appointment at Goodlife Physio Clinic the following measures are being taken. ... There is no reception staff, so the front door is locked. Clients are asked to remain in their cars until their appointment time. Clients will then be met at the door of the clinic at their appointment time be accompanied into the counselling room. Client and counsellor will then sanitize appropriately. No sitting in a waiting room. (Our waiting Room is now closed.) Once again, we are doing our upmost to protect your health and safety. I shall keep you informed as possible ongoing changes/updates as they occur.
