19.01.2022 THANK YOU!! I am officially on holidays and already reflections and sincere gratitude is flooding my heart. This has been a huge year for us launching in uncertain times. We built SYNERGY from the ground up and I never expected the response we have had from the community...from You. It enabled us to focus more on our passions, to refine our scope to reflect our hearts. Thank you once again to all the helping hands and all that have walked through our doors. Acutonics was lau...nched wholeheartedly and is now a staple everday, I facilitated my first Nidra and Georgies restorative yoga was warmly welcomed. We introduced our Infrared Sauna which I knew I wanted as I sat in a similar set up in the Mountains of Peru last year. Rapid evolution was unfolding quickly and I chose to match that energy and trust in the process. It has been the most satisfying decision I have made in my entire career. To work alongside my sister is humbling and inspiring in equal amounts. Our intentions are the same. To provide individual care with knowledge and passion. To listen...to truly listen to what you need. To walk in integrity. To create a space of stillness and wellbeing ongoing. With that said, I am wishing you all a healthy happy holidays and a prosperous New Year. I will be back in clinic from the 8th of January. 16.01.2022 Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going to sleep" stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness (Yoga Nidra) is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required. In Yoga Nidra the practitioner remains in a state of light... withdrawal of the 5 senses (pratyahara). Classes commence on Saturdays with Meredith at 5pm and run for an hr. Starting on the 5th of December and will run fortnightly. Please D.M to secure your spot. 09.01.2022 Hello there! As most of you now know Synergy Holistic Wellness has moved locations and today was our launch. It is the first time in 12 years that I have an entire space to call my own. This opportunity presented itself months ago and aligns PERFECTLY with the evolution of who we are. It is an incredibly surreal and humble moment for me...the last two years has rapidly encouraged my voice, stance, and vision to unfold dreams into reality.
