25.01.2022 A massive thank you to Androulla from Light Mind today for delivering the team a session on how to cope with the Covid-19 uncertainty. The session focused on strategies and techniques to help assist with and combat: - the increase in anxiety levels due to the current climate - sleep deprivation caused by the increased levels of stress... - more effective ways of remote working - Maintaining a healthy work / life balance - eliminating the reliance on alcohol as a coping mechanism - how to switch off more effectively when working remotely - communicating more effectively/regularly as a team It's no secret that the last few months of uncertainty has taken its toll on everyones mental health and wellbeing, so being able to invest time and energy into the health & wellbeing of the team is really important to us in what is a challenging time for us all. Thanks again Light Mind we are looking forward to the follow up session in a couple of weeks!

18.01.2022 To our valued clients, partners and those we have been working with over the years, we hope this email finds you & those close to you safe, happy and healthy. In line with the Victorian Government stage 4 restrictions, we have taken the necessary precaution to completely close the office for the next 6 weeks. Whilst the majority of the business has been working remotely since the initial round of restrictions were imposed back in early March, we have decided in the best inter...ests of our staff, clients, families and the wider community, that we completely shut down the office until restrictions have been lifted. This decision does not change the level of service that our wonderful clients and partners will receive or impact our ability to perform our duties, it simply means, that under no circumstances, will any of our staff work on our premises for the next 6 weeks. We thank you for your support during what is an extremely difficult time for everyone, and we look forward to catching up with you all in person, once we all get through to the other side of this pandemic.
