Here's a quick and easy recipe for homemade granola from our dietitian Emily Commerford INGREDIENTS: 2 cups of homemade muesli 2 tbs light olive oil... 1 tbs golden syrup METHOD: 1. Pre-heat oven to 200C. Whisk together olive oil and golden syrup, then pour over the homemade muesli and mix well 2. Line a tray with baking paper and spread muesli mixture out evenly on the tray 3. Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before breaking up with a wooden spoon 4.
