As a mum or house wife if I w...as to organise a carpet cleaner I would vacuum my carpet first before hand but the most asked question is do I vacuum or not ??? After being in this industry the answer to that question is yes vacuum first as most of the carpet cleaners do have a suction hose but unlike normal vacuum cleaners they have no dry filter bag .
