24.01.2022 A perfect X’mas present installed just in time for our customer in Bendigo North. The Reclaim Energy CO2 Heat Pump Water Heater replaced a working gas storage hot water system. Rooftop Solar PV is the next project on the list for this customer as they transition their home to all-electric. ... Reclaim Energy CO2 heat pump water heaters are super energy efficient and pair very well with rooftop solar PV effectively storing excess solar PV energy as hot water. We are seeing many people embracing the all-electric home and progressively transitioning away from gas. Victorians have been enjoying the benefits of the world class gas reserves in Bass Strait for the last 50 years. These reserves are nearing the end of their life with the remaining reserves forecast to be consumed in the next 5 years. As supplies diminish, prices typically increase. As we welcome in 2020, have you considered transitioning to an all-electric home? Do you have plans to replace your hot water system? Don’t get caught short and wait for your system to break down. Do your research early and be prepared. We wish all our customers, followers and friends a very happy, healthy and prosperous 2020.

20.01.2022 t2zero has teamed up with Future X Energy to offer commercial property owners the opportunity to install solar PV for $0 capital outlay How does it work? - Future X will determine system size based on electricity usage... - Future X will install the system for $0 capital outlay - You agree to purchase the energy produced through a Solar Power Purchase Agreement (SPPA) at a rate 30% approx below the retail price you are currently paying. It’s a win-win-win!!! $0 Capital Outlay Lower electricity Costs Reduced Local Emissions - A SPPA typically runs for 12 years - Future X fully maintains the system - At the end of the SPPA you can purchase the system for $1 - There are options to purchase the solar system outright at any time. Businesses operating 5-7 days a week with a high electricity usage benefit the most Minimum roof space is 50m2 To find out more call Jürgen 0436 220 220 or visit the t2zero stand at the pop up market Sustainable Living Festival Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Sat 29 Feb or Sun 1 March 10am -3pm

16.01.2022 This is what makes CO2 heat pumps the preferred water heating technology for cooler climates.

08.01.2022 t2zero is raising energy literacy about CO2 Heat Pump water heaters and how they can be used in Australia's transition to zero net energy and zero net emissions ... Can your hot water system act as a thermal battery? Many rooftop solar PV installations are now routinely exceeding 5kWp, with many 10+kWp systems being installed.... These systems generate on average 18-36kWh/day (3.6x multiplier). A Reclaim Energy CO2 Heat Pump (REHP) water heater uses around 3wWh/day (ie 1kW power for around 3 hours per day). This represents only 16% of the output from a 5kW system and 8% from a 10kW system. Electricity generated from rooftop solar PV is the cheapest form of electricity. Running the REHP during peak solar PV production will store 3kWh of energy as hot water a thermal battery

07.01.2022 Reduce your hot water bill to only $111 a year when you convert your existing water heater to an energy efficient CO2 heat pump water heater powered by solar PV. The magic of heat pump technology is that their output thermal energy is a significant multiple of the input electrical energy. In fact, around 80% of this thermal energy is supplied by the ambient air temperature absolutely FREE! Heat pumps only use a fraction of the energy consumed by a conventional electric sto...rage water heater. Running an energy efficient, CO2 Heat Pump during peak solar PV production uses around 3kWh of electrical energy. This 3kWh could be sold into the grid assuming a prevailing Feed-In-Tariff (FIT) of 10.2/kWh, "costing" 30.6/day or $111 per year in forgone revenue. Find out more...www.t2zero.com.au
