23.01.2022 Meet the Chef! So we thought it was high time to let the chef out of the kitchen for a moment to introduce him to you all (before we send him right back in...because: Crème Brûlée doesn’t cook itself haha!). Cedric has a culinary arts diploma from the Écoleducasse in Paris - founded and informed by world renowned chef Alain Ducasse. ... Having worked in a number Michelin awarded restaurants both in France and overseas (such as the 'Lasai' in Rio de Janeiro - ranked in the top 100 best restaurants in the world and also currently featuring on Netflix's "Somebody feed Phil" episode on Brazil), Cedric has also worked on the exclusive island of Saint Barthelemy, cooking some delicious food for some of Hollywood's celebrities! And now he's here cooking up a storm with some of the best local produce that the goldfields has to offer - keeping to the commitment of Alain Ducasse's vision that food should be of the terroir and it's time.
