25.01.2022 Junior Coaching Sessions back on fully from this weekend (note a change from Fridays (previously) to Thursdays). Tuesdays 4 pm - 6 pm, Thursdays 4 pm - 6 pm, Saturdays & Sundays 12 pm - 2 pm. All Sessions $10.

20.01.2022 Junior State Championships results for Cairns players: Ryan Wong performed quite well in the U18 Boys events missing out on a few matches by a few points only. Our U11 Boys team of Adeepa Keerthiratne & Shivansh Pandey performed exceptionally well under pressure winning the silver medal in the teams event & together the silver medal in the U11 Boys doubles. Adeepa Keerthiratne also winning silver in the U11 Boys Singles, as well as a Bronze in the U13 Mixed Doubles (with Scarlet Ira of Brisbane). A great performance by our U11 boys.

18.01.2022 Last weekend for Junior Coaching is this Saturday & Sunday (12th & 13th September). Resumes Saturday & Sunday 10th & 11th October. Coach will be away at Mackay Open, Townsville Open, Queensland Veterans Championships and Queensland Junior Championships. All running consecutively.

17.01.2022 Tuesday afternoon (4 pm - 6 pm) is back on for junior coaching sessions from Tuesday 10th November until the end of school term.

16.01.2022 The club proposes to hold this year's closed championships on the second and/or third week-end of November (14-15 & 21-22/11). Could club members please indicate whether they will be able to participate, and, if so, which days within that period would be most suitable? We shall follow up with more details shortly.... P.S. As you know, only registered club level members are able to participate. Please let us know if you want to change your membership to join the competition.

13.01.2022 Please note that the Cairns Closed Championships 2020 will be held on Sunday the 15th of November. All CLUB members are able to participate. All players please be in attendance by 9:15 am. Format will be round robin as in previous years.
