20.01.2022 Tonights kitchen cooking test is a chilli-fried pumpkin taco with a mango pineapple salsa (for those who aren't that keen on meat - or just want something a little different). Sounds yum huh. Will let you know if it passes the taste test and makes it onto the TACO GRILL menu ..

19.01.2022 Painting the van today. Still undecided on a colour. Is red too obvious? To 'done-too-many-times-before'??? I'd love aqua. Or green. Or airstream silver. What colour do you associate as being Mexican??

06.01.2022 The logo has been decided. After much tooing and froing as to what we should do - we have decided on bold & strong & a bright red van. Will post some pics of the van soon .. getting very excited peeps (-:

03.01.2022 Here's the van in it's undercoated state. Bit windy to paint today so hopefully the next few days. It's a 1957 Carapark Caravan .. vintage, cool and just perfect for tacos 8)

03.01.2022 Speaking of my 2 boys .. here they are in front of the van last night as we tested the logo to see if it worked. The actual signage will be a little bigger than this (our printer only prints 1m wide) .. and the van will be bright Mexican red .. but hopefully you can get the idea ..
