I personally love the Blackbutt timber vanity from @highgrovebathrooms timber and greys always go so well together, also mixing with the black tap ware and fixtures to top it off. People underestimate how much rain/water is collected off roofs from a small garden shed, to a house or even factory. Even just condensation or dew from a cold morning can be used to fill a water tank instead of going to waste. With the dry and harsh summers Victoria has. Water tanks can be used to save your garden, irrigate, supply water for all types of animals, even used as a fire fighting source.... Help our environment and land when it needs help from us.

In a market that was struggling and seeing houses stay on the property market for months on end. This little gem sold at auction!!... We needed a point of difference in this house to attract a wider target market. First home buyers, young couples, couples looking to downsize and growing familys looking to get into local schools.
