12.01.2022 We all know christmas is coming now, and this measage is for everybody, but today i target teachers. Having recently been invited to massage the staff & teachers of Trinity College I have a heightened appreciation for the responsibilities these dedicated people have chosen. I encourage teachers to make use of the Christmass break & invest in a moment of self care by seeking a qualified massage therapist to do their magic and provide a little more balance to their being.
