24.01.2022 Well done to all those that graded last night. Some did extremely well and and some need improvement, but all in all it was a great night. Special thanks to Mr Rawlins for making the trip down to our club, also thanks to Chris ( Cringle ) and the rest of Rockingham club for joining us. You have some good talent coming through your club. Thanks to Brett for coming along and helping out. Finally thank to the fund raising team for putting on a light meal for us all after the grading. Now we start to train for tournaments. See you all on Tuesday. Well done guys.

24.01.2022 Good morning everyone! Please head down to Master's Forrestdale today from 11am, we will be there selling bacon and egg rolls and sausage sizzle. We will also be selling easter raffle tickets, only $1 each and you could win an easter hamper worth over $100!!

24.01.2022 Dont forget, we are having a open registration day for new and current students at our new facility, unit 2 / 7-9 Owen Road, Kelmscott from 10am - 12am this Saturday the 4th. Come one down and have a chat and maybe a kick of our pads!! See you there!!

20.01.2022 We had a great day today. Thanks to Mr Rawlins and all those who organised todays event. It was a really friendly but competetive comp. Firstly congrats to our pomsae team who really did us proud. Kelly Broyden Kelly Broyden Gold Lisa Leech Silver Caleb Suiter Bronze... To my sparring team you all did me proud. You al put in a great effort. We have a few things to work on but now we know what they are. 20.01.2022 Well guys what a year. Congratulations to all those that received awards, especially to Rebecca Coop who got our club champion award as well as most improved. She really stepped up this year , not only in her training but also her role as a leader in our club. Also congratulation to Calub Suiter who also took out our junior most improved and most potential, also well deserved. A special congratulation goes out Pauline ,for all the hard work she does and has done for the last four years, you deserve the award of parent of the year. A very Merry Xmas to everyone and have a safe a prosperous New Year. To Mr Rawlins , Mr Sims , all the other Instructors, Black Belts and members of the Rawlins family Merry Xmas and Happy New Year. Enjoy your holidays and I will see you all in six weeks. Training resumes Tuesday 2nd February 2016.

08.01.2022 Congrats to Rebecca Coop for getting her black belt yesterday. I am so proud that after failing last weekend then coming back 1 week later to do it all again , you showed that not only did you want it but you deserve it. Having Beck and Alex get their black belts after 6 years of training makes the time and effort that we have put in worth every bit. I am as proud of you two as I was when my son and I got our belts. Thanks guys you made my year.

06.01.2022 Well what a great day.. we had our Rawlins development day today and from all the feedback from our coaches and parents it was a success. To all the volenteers and coaches thank you for the help and support. To my committee you guys are awsome. To all those student who attended hope you all had fun. We hope that the events of today will be held on a regular bases. Once again to my students and parents you make me proud working together to achieve what we achieved great job.
