Automotive apprentices from TAFE NSW Bathurst and TAFE NSW - Wagga Wagga are about to experience life in the fast lane when they join a major team pit crew at the Bathurst 1000 this weekend. This year, due to COVID-19, our third-year apprentices who range from 18 to 30, have been given an amazing opportunity to actually work in the pit crews for major teams including Triple Eight Racing, Tickner Racing and Brad Jones Racing. TAFE NSW teachers will be there to help guide and support the students. This is Super Cool!

Its about observing external events and internal sensations. It can be practiced anytime and in lots of different ways such as mindful breathing, walking or even journaling. There are lots of websites and apps that help facilitate mindfulness including Smiling Mind and Headspace.
