07.01.2022 October is Mental Health Month! We've asked our TAFE NSW Counsellors to share some simple tips to keep your mind in tip-top shape throughout the year! Tip #1: Get Enough Sleep. It seems simple enough but it really does help manage your stress levels. The Sleep Health Foundation recommends 7-9 hours per night. Routine and limiting screen time before bed can really help. Don't forget you can make a free and confidential appointment with your local TAFE Counsellor to get more information and support on a range of issues that may be affecting your life and studies.
