EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST https://aus01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/ STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT IN ALCOHOL, TOBACCO & OTHER DRUGS INTERVENTION SKILLS This short course training is suitable for staff who are currently employed in the Community Services sector or related areas who wish to further develop skills and knowledge in the area of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs work. The training will provide an overview of assessment and appropriate client interventions and supports. Students will complete the following two units of competency: CHCAOD004 Assess needs of clients with alcohol and other drug issues CHCAOD006 Providing interventions for people with alcohol and other drug issues Course dates: Tuesday 13 October, 20 October and 27 October 9am 5pm This 3 day course is delivered via live, interactive, online video conferencing classes STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT IN DOMESTIC & FAMILY VIOLENCE FRONTLINE SKILLS This short course training is suitable for staff who are currently employed in the Community Services sector or related areas who wish to further develop skills and knowledge in the area of domestic and family violence and the related crisis' that may occur. Trauma refers to extreme stress that can overwhelm a person's ability to cope.
