With over 40 years of practical industry experience, Trevor has worked across most facets of the carpentry industry. 08.01.2022 Melanie Millar has always had a keen interest in engineering and originally started out at high school undertaking a school-based apprenticeship, before transferring to an admin traineeship instead to complete her schooling. However, it wasn’t until she completed her traineeship that she decided that she was more suited to a trade and is now about to move into the fourth year of her boiler making apprenticeship. We think it's great to see that more women are pursuing qualifications in traditionally male-dominated industries.
