08.01.2022 Yesterday afternoon I learned a guy I knew (not too well but well enough), had taken his life. It was weirdly ironic as I was heading off to host a panel at Mercedes Me with the incredible @wayneschwass @bradmcewanmedia & @drmitcha . It felt oddly coincidental to read this news and then go and discuss that very topic. Too many men are dying young. Too many are suffering in silence. We need to keep opening up and having tough and emotional chats. Reach out to those you love, even the ones you think are 'ok', cos as Brad so eloquently put it last night: "everyone has shit going on" Thanks to @mercedesmestore.melbourne for hosting a terrific event.

01.01.2022 Lived out a boyhood dream today learning the craft of calling AFL for @triplemfooty at the home of the great game. Didn't hurt that I was commentating a @hawthornfc win over the Catters. If I die tomorrow just know I'll be smiling!
