25.01.2022 We're pretty excited to announce that our Savage Tactical Armour Kickstarter has gotten the green light and will be launching tomorrow on the 30th of July for a 21 day project. The models were sculpted by the talented Robby Crawforth Minis and are already in the process of getting molded. There will be limited pledge numbers with 50 spots for each tier to help manage the production runs. Check out the launch page and spread the word! https://www.kickstarter.com//mki-savage-pattern-tactical-a
24.01.2022 To help groups and events get back into the swing of narrative games and to kick off new campaigns we would like to offer to help design a Campaign Badge for your series. The Campaign Badges can be used to represent the heraldry of the wars fought throughout the event/s and can be put on hand out, swag, models etc. If you are interested in getting something like this done for your event or campaign, please get in touch and we can work with you in designing something that suit...s your narrative. Here's a very small assortment of designs we have done in the past for other campaigns. The process is normally something like: - you let us know when the event is (gives us a time frame) - tell us any preferred colours and or icons or images you want to incorporate - give us a quick run down on the narrative, that sometimes helps us come up with ideas of layout and images - we then do a mock up for you look at and offer any suggested changes - we then do a final version with weathering and lighting plus a ribbon and various version like the promotional one overlaid across a star field or city scape. If you then end up wanting some swag for your event like decals, patches or custom collector cards we can then use that same artwork for you. Interested? Flick us a message.
18.01.2022 As many of you know we are a little over a week out from our annual, and final, ACT of Heresy event running on the 25th. In addition nearly all of you will have heard about the devastating bushfires impacting not just our region but all across Australia. A number of people have contacted usand asked whether we are doing any active fundraising activities for the recent bushfires, we are indeed and this is the announcement :-) While there are numerous options out there, we hav...e decided to raise some support for the Far Southeast Branch of WIRES: https://www.wires.org.au/branch/farsoutheast This Branch covers the areas around Bega, Bombala and stretching down to the Victorian Border. For those who aren't aware these are some areas which have been hard hit as well as areas which a lot of our community interact with a lot. The decision was made to support the local Branch directly rather then the national as it then allows the funding to be injected directly into that specific region. Like a number of previous charity fundraising efforts we have run, this will take the form of a donation drive. Every $5 donated will get one entry into a draw which will be conducted at the completion of the ACT V event next week. Donations can be made via cash at the event or PayPal transfer through to: paypal.me/TaggedEvents If making transfers via PayPal, please be sure to: - CLEARLY mark that it is for the ACT WIRES DRIVE - Send it via gift to avoid fees - Make a note whether you need a tax receipt We can provide tax receipts for any donations upon request through the local Branch officers. Now onto the current prizes which will be up for grabs: Adam Doyle has generously donated two prizes which are from his personal collection; - A Dice Tray and Dice Vault which were hand made by himself out of Tasmanian Rosewood and Camphor Laurel repsectively. The Dice Vault holds twenty dice and is magnetised (dice not included) - A second Dice tray, also hand made by Adam which is made from Australian Hardwood. I am also donating a prize, which is also from my personal collection: - It is comprised of the unique player swag items from all five ACT of Heresy events. All of these prizes are quite unique and will most likely be the only opportunity to get hold of them. While the raffle is intended for those who are in attendance at the event itself, people not attending are also welcome to donate, you just need to clearly make a note of which prizes you have preference for in case you are drawn. We will do our best to get you the prize but it may require shipping which we would ask you to help contribute to (especially if it is international). Thank you for your support and I look forward to seeing you all next week!
15.01.2022 In conjunction with our current promotion with the Unarmoured Marines and the limited coin, we had a limited batch of approx 500 velcro patches made for Adepticon 2020. We're putting these on sale but with a twist: Once the batch has been sold, we will be drawing one lucky person from the list of people who purchased a patch and we will pay for their airfares to Adepticon 2021 courtesy of Tagged Events. International Airfares will be from the closest major international airpo...rt to Chicago. US Domestic Airfares will be from the closest major airport to Chicago. The winner will be drawn by Lyn Stahl at a date to be confirmed, but hopefully if they sell in time over the AdeptiCan’t 2020 Vendor Hall. Once the winner is determined we will liaise with them directly and organise the flight details once they are available to be purchased. The patches are AU$10 each and can be purchased from the below link: https://taggedevents.com.au/pr/adepticon-2020-velcro-patch/ Edit: If people are wanting to combine postage, nominate one person to be the primary recipient and then any other orders who want to be included on that shipment need to nominate the location of Canberra and select Free Pickup. You then need to leave very clear notes so that I know which orders to combine. The orders need to be made in quick succession otherwise I might post the primary order out before the secondaries.
14.01.2022 Unfortunately due to continued unreliability with our supplier, the sale of water slide decals is being suspended until we can source a new supplier. Our apologies to those impacted by this, however we hopeful that we can offer the product again very soon in the future.
14.01.2022 AUS30K Collector Cards One of the new products we are able to offer Event Organisers this year is a unique swag item in the form of some fan made collector cards. This sealed foil booster packs contain twelve cards with artwork on one side and a short bio on the reverse along the card number and the artists details. Each booster is randomly packed with 2 rares, 4 uncommon and 6 common cards from a collection of 100 (although there are some secret alternate art versions). The ...artwork is a collection from six artists who are passionate about the hobby. Up to an additional three cards can be inserted as long as we are given enough time to design, print and pack the cards prior to the event. If you are interested in some of these packs for your upcoming event, send us a message and we can chat about what you need.
09.01.2022 As many of you know Tagged Events was heading over to Adepticon in Chicago latter this month as a sponsor and vendor for the annual gaming convention. Unfortunately due to the escalating health concerns the convention has now been cancelled. Since we can't make it over there in person now, we have decided to instead run a RIP Adepticon promotion on our Unarmoured Marines which were going to be the focus product while we were there. For a limited time (until we run out) all or...ders which include a set of Unarmoured Marines (either regular or extra large) will get a free AUS30K promotional coin. The coins are solid metal, 3mm thick and 40mm in diameter, so nice and chunky with that satisfying chink. In addition most of our other models are also discounted while stocks last. If you are a backer of the recent AUS30K Kickstarter please be sure to place your order through that platform so you don't end up paying for postage twice. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions! The current range can be found here: https://taggedevents.com.au/product-catego//models/aus30k/

06.01.2022 A great looking Kickstarter just launched with some very unique styled Eldar terrain. Its a great take on the aesthetics and refreshing to see something different to the standard buildings that are normally done. The project has some good stretch goals and is offering both physical and digital options as well as a combined pledge, in addition to some early pledge discounts so go and take a look and get some of the early 30% discount tiers!
03.01.2022 On top of our current promotions which include being able to win flights to Adepticon 2021 (just by buying the 2020 patch!) we are now capping our international and domestic postage while these promotions are running.
