13.01.2022 ’ ...... The other day I read a post from a lady about feminine energy and how so many women have lost that connection with their feminine side. ... She referred back to her younger years when she would dress up, do her make up, love her self, wear that red lipstick. She talked about how too often men and women would look at her and make comments like she just wants to hook upect these past experiences made her step out of her feminine energy so she didn’t get the unwanted attention and comments. When I was reading this I was like yes I can totally relate to this, I always used to dress up and make a big deal and it felt amazing, and yes sometimes I did attract unwanted attention and I didn’t like the feeling or situations it could put me in, as I have gotten older I have stopped putting in as much effort. I made excuses..... I’m not doing anything, there is no reason, it’s so much effort, I’m not going anywhere. Well I am here to say I am drawing the line in the sand, No more will I be ashamed of stepping into my feminine and feeling sexy and actually giving shit. No more will I allow other people’s comments and judgments to effect me and how I choose to look. Time to do what feels best, and start living my dream lifestyle. Everyday is the right day to care about your self and love yourself.

11.01.2022 * * it’s all a choice so what’s stopping you *... * Self doubt Lack of confidence Lack of self love Not feeling worthy * * Well this is what keeps creeping up for me * * Every day I am getting stronger at overcoming these things but every day I have to * * remind myself of my I Am’s and my * * I kick that little side kick that hangs out on my shoulder telling me I’m not good enough, * * I kick it off and tell it it’s not supporting me right now, * * I understand it’s trying to protect me but I can do this. * * And you know what that side kick is always going to creep back up, * * but every time I tell it to pipe down it becomes a bit easier, * * * * Sure some days are harder but if i just show up and do it anyway it’s still a win, * * i still took action which is better than taking no action at all. * * So next time your little side kick hangs out on your shoulder * * be your own permission slip to kick it off because you can and you are worthy. Xx

People that encourage you to be your true authentic self and don’t take any bull shit these are my kind of people. When I am in a positive state of mind, my vibration is high, I feel like I am living life to my fullest. When I am in that positive state I am doing all the things I love and the things my body and soul need and want. Yesterday I painted my nails and straightened my hair just because, I wasn’t going out, or doing anything special I just felt like stepping into my feminine energy and loving on myself for. While, And It felt amazing to have my hair and nails done, I felt pretty and sexy. I wanted to show myself off to my partner because I felt so good and confident with in myself. these are the things we need to be doing all the time. Listening to our body, raising our vibration, being real, living a true authentic lifestyle. And sometimes we have those days where we want to just watch movies and eat snacks all day and that is totally ok. Sometimes that’s what our body needs. It’s when we get into those stuck states, and we start feeling down and depressed that we need to reconnect with those positive vibes, connect back to our body and soul connect with people who are going to raise us up, We don’t need people to feel sorry for us We need people to remind us of what we are capable of, remind us that we are that amazing f#%*ing person. I am so grateful for all the beautiful family and friends in my life, ( my tribe) I am grateful for the high energy, love and support we all have for each other. Keep on being the real true you, listen to your body and soul.
