20.01.2022 The weekend went way too fast!! I had the best time with you Corey Payne was so good to get away and just be us again, to laugh and be free and have fun!! It was so needed, life can get so serious, so adult, I think it is so important to nurture your relationship, not just for you but for the kids too, they pick up on the feelings in the room too, when Mum and Dad are in love they feels it, they see the smiles, the cuddles and they know that life feels secure. Just like they... feel tension when it’s there and react to that. I feel like we have reconnected, and it feels so good We didn’t have to go far, but two nights without the kids at a hotel really felt like a holiday! I can’t thank my parents, Beverley Wilkins enough for taking care of the kids for us - you guys are absolute legends. I know you are exhausted so go put your feet up now! 17.01.2022 I HAD TO CHECK MYSELF. I had started to form an unhealthy habit of drinking, it started with Friday and Saturday nights, then spread to Sunday arvo, then wine Wednesday and then Thursdays too - I blamed Christmas, then COVID, then kids, then stress - all the excuses. I stopped training as much, I wasn’t eating as well and mentally feeling negative. I needed to break the habit so have committed to 21 days (will probably do more as I am feeling great!) Today is day 12, I am lov...ing training, eating cleaner, drinking more water and taking my vitamins and feeling positive and energetic. I know that the festive season is coming and there will be parties which I will enjoy, but I think it’s important to give your body a break sometimes. Do you need a break?
