Time and time again, we fall into the trap of having an awesome week where we eat healthy and smash our workouts and then come Friday night and over the weekend we misunderstand the phrase ‘treat yourself’ and go a little too crazy, potentially unraveling the great work we’ve done this week resulting in extreme guilt come Sunday night So to avoid doing th...is, try out these tips - Go for a walk Saturday & Sunday morning to start your day off right Use your free time this week trying out some delicious healthy recipes - homemade falafels and salad, zucchini noodle pasta, veggie filled soups/currys Plan an active way to stay social - going on a long beachfront walk with your best friend, going to the park with your family, exploring a new town (or large shopping centre ) But most importantly ENJOY! Whether that be time alone, with family or friends, don’t miss out on enjoying your weekend because you spend it feeling guilty. Remember, balance is key!
