23.01.2022 Welcome to THE Beautiful Day! Missing you all. Make sure you're taking time for yourself to relax at least once a day. This might mean setting aside some time for reading, talking to someone who helps you center, meditating, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, yoga, or whatever helps you relax. If youre not centered in your own wellbeing, even the best plans for a healthy lifestyle could fall apart. Whats your go-to relaxation trick?

20.01.2022 This is a message from Elizabeth Lamb who is one of my seniors students from Acacia Ridge. Hello to my Tai Chi friends at Acacia Ridge Seniors, and my new online friends. Chunmei Yang you have created a wonderful online Tai Chi program for all of us while we are isolated at home during this terrible Corona 19 virus. This is a time to improve our Tai Chi movements and you can do it at home anytime of the day. Just think no driving needed. I am really enjoying Chunmei's onlin...e classes. I miss the personal classes with my friends, but we will meet again sometime in the future. Now, I will be able to enjoy my classes from home as well into the future. Thank you Chunmei. If you are interested in this amazing program please contact Chunmei on 0438802018 or [email protected] https://taichiforhealthbrisbane.com.au/master-qi-gong-and-/

16.01.2022 Holding and releasing stretches can help get your system moving while giving you an opportunity to clear your mind. Regular practice of Qigong for detox purposes can help to cleanse your lymphatic system and help your body to metabolize oxygen more effectively. Little bit of Baduanjin Qi Gong on my drive way with the bautiful sunset. :) Stay happy, healthy = wealthy :)

13.01.2022 Stress Relief Through Breathing Exercise Have you ever wondered why youre encouraged to take a deep breath when youre overwhelmed? Its because stress and anxiety relief begin with breathing. 20 or so minutes of deep, focused abdominal breathing can be used to help leave your body relaxed, calm, and focused. Whether its part of a Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or Yoga practice, guided meditation, or just taking five minutes a few times a day to close your eyes, breath, and slow down y...our mind, controlled breathing can help you achieve stress relief. https://taichiforhealthbrisbane.com.au/master-qi-gong-and-/ #reducestress #controlbreathing #taichi #taichiBrisbane #taichiforHealth#QiGong #taichionline

10.01.2022 A letter from Dr Paul Lam "The principles are so important! It is just as important to know that no one can incorporate all principles at all times (in fact, not even one principle at all times) as you practice. No one is perfect in tai chi. The magic of tai chi is about the journey, not about being the best or being perfect. Like life, no one lives a perfect life, for me I am so grateful to have this wonderful journey which is my life thanks to tai chi it makes my journey ...so much more meaningful and enjoyable. Be sure to practice often, set a regular time like half an hour in the morning would be great. Any amount of time, even if just a few minutes is better than none. When you practice, being mindful of the principles every now and then would be quite enough to develop your tai chi effectively. Please remember that the tai chi principles have layers of depth, and different interpretations. Have fun exploring the depth and enjoy the different layers. During your practice, all we need to do is think of one of the principles at one time, and only every now and then. Only through practice can you truly understand the real meaning of the principles. The great thing about the depth is that they keep us interested. And like climbing a mountain, the air becomes fresher and the view more beautiful."
