14.01.2022 Sorry everyone, but Saturday outdoor Tai Chi practice is now cancelled. It is not an essential practice, so stay safe, and keep well! I hope we will all be well, to talk about our experiences when we get back together.

13.01.2022 Hi everyone, Sorry to get everyone’s hopes up for Term 3 classes, then dash them a couple of weeks later. Classes won’t go ahead until term 4, in October. There’s just too much risk involved with community transmission of Covid-19 in some areas of Sydney at the moment. I hope you can get some practice at home, even if you can’t remember the whole sequence. That is not as important as getting the feeling of peace and relaxation Stay safe and well! We will all come through this together.

03.01.2022 Hi everyone, Just letting you know that the Tai Chi College is responding to the risk of Covid19 according to the guidelines of the Australian Dept. Health. Saturday practice is cancelled and will be replaced by outdoor casual Tai Chi practice in the park outside the Community Hall. It starts on 28th March 8am and will be run by Helen in a similar style to the summer practice following current health protocols. Classes are being run for the last two weeks of this term, depending on the individual class decision and following current health protocols. Term 2 classes will not be offered and no registrations will be open on the website. Stay happy, relaxed and well!
