To pick up a parcel or letter from the Post Office, you'll need to take ID with you that matches either the name OR the address on the item. Examples include:... Australian Driver's License Red or orange MyPost card with your address Keypass or other Government-issued Proof of Age card Australian or international passport If you don't have photo ID, you can use 2 forms of identification that show your name OR address, such as: Medicare card Credit card Bank statement Utility bill Please note: You’ll need to show your ID even if you’ve got the notification with you. Presenting the notification on its own won’t be enough to collect your mail .
