21.01.2022 Check This Out!!! . Exercise for Scoliosis (curvature of the spine). . Left is PRE exercise program and Right is POST! It is INCREDIBLE to see a visual change in standing posture from the addition of exercise....BUT.......... . More importantly, starting out with a few exercise a day was enough to make a change to a 2-3week period of BACK PAIN! Now that is what we are talking about!! . Exercise does wonders! Just remember that!! #scoliosis #backpain #exercisephysiology Phil's little brother had been having some lower back pain for about 2-3 weeks when he had the first photo had been taken, being an electrician (tradie) he didn't think much of it but had for a functional scoliosis the. The second pic is 1 week later where we had him working on some specific exercises to help get his back moving and it seemed to help him.

21.01.2022 It can be frustrating......... . When you feel like you are giving it your all, but you don't feel like you are making progress with your exercise routine! . Here are a few things to consider:... - Plateaus happen. If you have been doing the same program for a while, it might be time to change- even changing exercises is a way to progress - Organise an assessment. Sometimes we feel we aren't improving but the assessment says otherwise. - Just because you aren’t noticing anything doesn’t mean you aren’t progressing. There are so many ways to progress. Perhaps sticking to your exercise routine for a month is how you've progressed. - Reflect on what other factors could be contributing? Eg. sleep, nutritions, hydration, and mental health. There are so many different things that contribute to how we improve or progress. Getting one hour extra sleep or drinking one extra glass of water could make all the difference. . What other ideas can you think of?
