18.01.2022 Today we bring Lake Como and the Amalfi Coast to you. As two beautiful travel destinations they are popular with tourists and it is easy to see why. Lake Como offers undulating hills around the lake shore with colourful villages and classical villas dotted throughout. Many houses and gardens are open to the public and easily accessible with the lakes regular ferry service. For sweeping views of Lake Comos southern end, we recommend a funicular ride from Como Town up to Bru...nate. You can find a bar or two here, offering a great place to watch the scenery with an Aperol Spritz. In contrast, the stunning UNESCO World Heritage listed Amalfi Coast brings a fresh sea breeze alongside the glorious sunshine. There is only one road along this craggy stretch of coastline, so the best way to get out and about is by boat. There are also plenty of spectacular hiking trails along the coast. In Amalfi town, allow time to wander around the historic centre and visit the 10th century cathedral and adjacent Cloister of Paradise with its stunning mosaics and paintings. https://bit.ly/31eEZsR
