20.01.2022 YOU CAN’T BECOME YOURSELF BY YOURSELF I used to avoid community All communities I had been involved in didn’t feel 100% right and I couldn’t be myself instead I squeezed myself into a mould I thought I should be like to be accepted ... And I was a part of many different communities for spirituality, personal development, success mindset, wealth creation, and so on I tried to fit in while feeling misaligned inside I tried to become like they were so I could finally belong I compared myself with the leading figures in those communities and always felt inadequate some way and I tried to make myself ‘adequate’ Every time I gave up and withdrew I thought I was doomed to be by myself and that there were no communities that would tick all the boxes ~ real, deep, and conscious ~ ambitious and visionary ~ growth oriented ~ creating freedom and abundance ~ loving nature ~ generous and collaborative ~ both spiritual and strategic/business oriented ~ global and diverse ~ FUN I scripted what I wanted and even if I didn’t believe it, I manifested it about a year ago and am now a happy member of my soul business tribe. And what I discovered is that the right community doesn’t try to assimilate me, they encourage me to be ME and be UNIQUE! It was then when I learned that I can’t become myself by myself. When you become internally free, you can also create external freedom, and that’s what we’re about. 19.01.2022 WITH TIME, MY GOALS HAVEN'T GOT BIGGER - THEY'VE GOT DEEPER Dream big! Set big goals! You can have anything you want! ... This is what we’re told in success coaching And it’s true, I get it I used to say it myself However, what I then found is that the pressure of setting ‘big’ goals often led me to an overwhelm with all the things I wanted Or I thought I wanted Or I thought I should want Or I was programmed to want Then I was surrounded by others in the same position Everyone in their minds with the overwhelming thought that they could have anything The bigger, the better How to make the choice? There was so much to be wanted! It became almost like a competition... who had the biggest and most impressive goals We were in our minds - and in our minds, we can imagine anything and travel anywhere And we didn’t notice how we were moving away from ourselves bit by bit Just because the goals had to be so BIIIIG in order to be acceptable Well, from my perspective it was more of an egoistic game than true heart desires The goals felt like outside of myself, and the bigger the goals, the bigger the gap between where I was and where I wanted to be And the bigger the degree of dissatisfaction with where I was and what I currently had So today, instead of going big I go DEEP I don’t care if it’s ‘big’ or ‘small’ (this is highly relative and fluctuating anyway) I don’t care if it’s ‘impressive’ or not All I care about is that it feels so damn good and it feels so right, and it feels so ME! And sometimes it’s hard to put them into words because it’s the energy and feeling that capture their essence And the interesting thing is that the deeper I go and the simpler I make it to myself, the vaster and more open-ended it feels But it’s not overwhelming because it’s embodied and anchored in myself instead of created in my mind only And it doesn’t demand or expect certain outcomes in a certain way by a certain date - this is perhaps the most liberating aspect of it Funnily enough, I used to do this very naturally - and manifest crazy dreams from this simplicity - until I was introduced to all those success teachings who told me how to do it ‘right’ And then I believed them more than I believed myself So what I want to convey with this message is that don’t pressure yourself with ’big’ goals if they don’t feel natural to you Go deep within instead and allow your goals emerge to you It’s probably something you knew all along but got lost in translation because you were told to ‘dream bigger’ Trust yourself! Yes, it’s important to seek guidance and support, and we can learn so much from each other, but never place the advice of others above your own deep knowing

18.01.2022 Bringing a vision to life, and releasing what is incompatible with it must go hand-in-hand Vision gives you direction and clarity of where you’re going (what you say YES to) Releasing liberates you from the weight that prevents you from getting there (what you say NO to) ... 08.01.2022 To my fellow lightwarriors and truth seekers - those who know what’s really going on I’d love to start a weekly 1-hour (approx) VIRTUAL CAMP FIRE on Zoom where we come together with no agenda but to just be, connect and spend time together. Anyone can share what they feel like sharing - or not. There can be talking, there can be stillness, there can be laughing, there can be crying, there can be sitting, there can be dancing - whatever is needed and wanted at the time.... The main thing is: We come together into a circle just to be as we are. And let every meetup create itself in the moment for the highest good of everyone involved.
