09.01.2022 It finally comes to the final day of Dark Mofo winter feast. First year is always full of challenges, but we have coped them already. We are so happy to see customers face expressions when amazed by our little sample and came back again and again. After months preparation we finally found good quality local ingredients suitable for hotcakes. We like the mix of Taiwanese and Tasmanian so much! Thanks Jo Cook's invitation and all our family and friends' help along the journey. We wouldn't be as successful without you guys.
