17.01.2022 Did you know there is a term for people who dont eat animal protein (red meat etc), but do eat fish, eggs? ....Pescatarian A close friend of mine calls me a pickatarian because I figure she thinks Im picky I personally dont enjoy red meat and over the years have reduced the whole familys consumption (kinda unbeknownst to them ), for personal reasons but we do still have the occasional roast. I find myself more and more consuming a plant based diet over time how...ever and thank you to the lovely @toni_michelle_wfpbbodysculptor who helped me understand the vegan way more So I guess if Im ever asked, which Im not really, but I could call myself a pescatarian for the time being? 16.01.2022 Surround yourself with people who make you feel better, those who make you level up, those who lift you higher but keep you grounded at the same time...and those that can catch a few punches I spend a lot of my days in my own head, in my own space, my clients inspire me as much as they say I inspire them. 15.01.2022 There are many things we cannot control especially the way others behave, but one thing is certain we can control how we respond. We can either allow a shitty situation to negatively impact us or we can grow from it and become stronger as a result. I loathe hearing someone make excuses for why they cant achieve something and lay blame on someone else or a situation theyve been in (obviously there are extreme exceptions to this), however generally speaking here You have a choice...change the situation if its a repetitive issue or grow from it Sometimes the most dire situation youre placed in could make you a better human for it

14.01.2022 Did you know every time you tell yourself you cant do something, you are giving yourself the permission to not even try? If I had a dollar for the amount of times Ive heard someone say Amy I cant do that I would be a wealthier woman The only limitations you have are the ones you impose upon yourself. There is literally nothing your body can not achieve if you are prepared to work for it. So stop the excuses, stop using age, circumstance, time, money, motherhood...list goes on...as a reason to not try. Criticism from others can often be real and unfortunately out of your control, however the criticism you impose upon yourself is unacceptable, dont do it. Believe you can and you most definitely will! We have one opportunity to go for it, start now!

10.01.2022 Heres the thing...most people probably wont understand your goals and nor should they have to. It doesnt matter if they dont agree with your choices and plans to meet a certain goal. If they dont support the plan thats ok! Why are you doing it anyway? The answer should be for yourself!
