23.01.2022 The crew from the final sweat session at @sabasecamp . I can't even begin to express how this place and the people in it have changed my life over the last 6 years! . From the bottom of my heart, thank you @ninjalukeau and @nikkiwilliams.bcbuilt for the family you two created! You can't break Base Camp spirit, this is only the beginning!

19.01.2022 As you can tell here, I got a little excited about ZUU being back on last week.. sorry about the tripod @jarrydfitnessjournal . Who's keen for tomorrow night's session?

18.01.2022 If you've ever trained with me you would have heard me say, "Anyone can do it once!" . Earlier this year I ran 100miles but it only left me wanting more... so staying true to practicing what I preach, I will definitely be doing it more than once! . The Walk The Yorke Trail is approximately 500kms long (310 miles) and this is my next challenge! Thanks for the idea @markofaustralia... . Stay tuned for more details to come See more

10.01.2022 Where to go from here?

05.01.2022 Flash back almost 3 months ago now to when I completed my 100 mile run around Cleland Conservation Park. . 1st pic - Deciding which trails to take to finish the last lap and complete the 161km. . 2nd pic - The 8th and final grind up chambers gully trail.... . 3rd pic - Icing the legs in one of the many creek crossings, about 4km out from finishing. Around 27hrs in and after being battered by hail, rain, wind, fog and sunshine my knees and ankles were feeling the constant pounding and man did that water feel amazing!! . Thanks to @simon_marto for the pics and the other two lads who joined me on my final lap @marvinjesus and @markofaustralia . A truly unforgettable experience but I'm only just getting started... Bigger things to come See more
