I love to throw on some roast pumpkin and a heap of other colourful veg, but you can choose whatever takes your fancy ... What’s your go to combo?!
04.01.2022 Rather than focusing on what you can’t have and labelling certain foods as off limits - focus on all of the foods you CAN have. Think about nourishment and abundance rather than restriction. When we label foods as off limits, our cravings for those foods are usually heightened which can lead to over consumption or binging on those foods.... Give yourself permission to include these foods in your diet while focusing on the bigger, nutrient-dense picture
