Here are some tips: Extend your "cashflow runway" to stretch the cashflow reserves for longer. Talk to the people who you owe money to (suppliers, creditors) and those who owe money to you (clients, customers)... Look at short term funding, like invoice financing. Landlord deferrals or negotiations to keep your doors open as long as possible during the day to serve your customers. Seek loan deferrals be HONEST with your lenders. Look at what costs more to provide to your customer and get rid of things that don't sell well. Simplicity.
