25.01.2022 Due to circumstance beyond our control, the Talbot Farmers’ Market committee has made the difficult decision to cancel the 19th July Farmers’ Market. Directions from the chief health officer, received on Friday afternoon, have unfortunately raised the risk of COVID-19 beyond our capacity to appease the authorities. We are sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience that this late notice causes. We had to first contact our stallholders. We thank all our loyal market suppo...rters. We are hopeful, that sometime in the not too distant future, that this virus is under control and we can hold our regular market again. The cancellation of the market is hard for our stallholders practically those with fresh produce. Our website lists our stallholders and their contact details they would all appreciate customers contacting them directly for sales. https://talbotfarmersmarket.org.au/ We will be promoting all our stallholders over the coming weeks. Our market regulars - Zed & Co Freerange Farms have their usual fresh pork, sausages and bacon ready for sale now. This weekend they were to launch a new product Cook at home pulled pork rolls. Spring is in full swing in Talbot and we are very pleased that COVID-19 restrictions will ease tomorrow, well done regional Victoria! Unfortunately, it is going to take us a while to be operational again. We are still in hibernation until further notice.

12.01.2022 Great News! The Talbot Farmers Market will be returning this Sunday July 19th 9am to 1pm. Please remember that COVID-19 restrictions are still in place. There will be markers on the ground for distancing, strictly no entry to the market before 9am, shop quickly (shop and go). Patrons from the lock down areas are not permitted.
