25.01.2022 #lovejob Here are some photos of our recently completed renovation of @stmarysfc This was a project very close to my heart...St Marys Footy Club is a place ...Ive been a part of for over 15 years and it was well overdue for a makeover! To say Im excited, grateful, appreciative and proud to have been able to play a small part & help transform the place would be an understatement! Id like to say a huge thanks to all of the tradies, suppliers and volunteers who helped out along the way. If you havent already been to the club to check it out...get down and have a look for yourself...you will hardly recognise the place! 25.01.2022 ROOM REVEAL KITCHEN This space is one of my all time favourites! Our amazing clients, along with the team at Designer Kitchens NT, have done such a great job... with the design and finishes of this kitchen! . There are stunning features everywhere you look. The polished concrete bench tops look and feel amazing. The mirrored splash back creates a spacious feeling. The spotted gum cabinetry is high quality. The black polished glass door to the pantry adds class and the appliances are all top quality. It all goes so well with the huge grey floor tiles. . The whole package just looks and feels high end! . 23.01.2022 ROOM REVEAL - EN SUITE/ MASTER BEDROOM . Heres a little sneak peak looking back into the master bedroom and the shower space from the en suite. . Our cl...ients wanted to be able to open up the shower to let the cool dry season breezes flow through so we had the Total Glass Solutions team make up a black framed door with an obscure glass panel it in...that way they can shut the door for privacy or open it up to let that breeze in! . It isnt there yet but there will be a beautiful little tropical garden go in just outside the shower door to add a little extra privacy when the door is open... . The boys from @talbotplumbingsolutions did a great job fitting off the oversized shower head! 12.01.2022 We received a call during the week from one of our valued clients saying that since they had moved into their house, the gas has never worked correctly with the pressure disappearing after a few seconds. After investigating, we found the Gas service was undersized! We then rectified the Gas Service in accordance with the current Australian Standards. Its fair to say they are now cooking with Gas! 08.01.2022 This by no means is a you should use a builder for everything post but at least make sure the tradies youre engaging if they can take out a permit for bathroom... renovations. This shouldve been sorted by insurance but no permit to cover the owners against the people who didnt waterproof the hob correctly. No at the owners expense we are taking half of the bathroom apart to fix it. See more

New steel b...eam to replace the bulky column and creating a large open space. New walls and glazing to increase internal living spaces. New portico ready for roof.
