05.01.2022 #Pride month is in its 51st year what are you doing to celebrate? While lockdown has prevented certain celebrations, sometimes we think its the little things that matter. At Talegent, were constantly making small (or large) updates to our products to ensure theyre fit for purpose. One of those changes we did in the past year was updating our demographic survey to allow candidates to enter their gender identity in a free form box, rather than being constrained by gender binaries. Were always keen to learn more, so please share what your company is doing during pride month or what you would want to see more of.
