21.01.2022 Important information regarding mask making. Please understand my efforts and my sincerity below. *** Updated Monday 3rd August 9pm***... I have had to HALT orders for masks again.... I appreciate the requests, but the demand is too high to make. I hope to change this again very soon. Due to increased costs for materials and supplies, Masks are now $25 each. These are 3 layered as per Govt. guidelines for best possible defence. Masks cannot be made fast enough to be sold over the counter, and thus are made to order only, sorry. I understand this will upset some people, but I cannot make these for a loss and I cannot make them cheaper and keep the same quality and absorb the increased costs in materials to make them. I am not making these for the money, but I can’t make them for a loss either... I hope you understand... I am working harder than a sweatshop All previous confirmed back-orders will be honoured at the previous $20. There is a limit of 4 masks per order, so I can make for as many people as possible ia timely fashion. All large orders such as business/workplace etc will be made as soon as possible. Please screenshot your preference, and PM back so I can see it.. a picture tells a thousand words... Due to the massive demand for face masks, there is very little elastic and I’m waiting on a more shipments from USA to start again. There is also a lack of fabrics from Spolight & Lincraft suitable for my masks... these are also being sourced elsewhere, and freight costs are hurting... so the process is slow. There are approx. over 300+ back orders still to make before I get cracking again... I shall update this number as often as I possible can Turn-around from order to collection is still around 7 days I hope to recommence normal orders by Friday 7th August. Pickup & cash payments are required to be made in store please. Due to low profit, there is will be no eftpos, PayPal, ZIP Pay etc payment option.. more than happy to provide a receipt if requested for cash sales Trading hours Tuesday ~ Friday 10am to 4pm Saturday 9am to 12pm Lastly, if you have not read this and send me questions already answered above... 19.01.2022 Important Info about masks, please read. I am doing what I can to help people with their requests... to keep some order in processing, I need your help. Masks are strictly ‘made to order’ with payment instore required before collation and making of your choice due to the extreme demand.. I cannot hold fabrics due to demand.... ‘Private Message’ me with a SCREENSHOT of the desired mask for availability. I will not decide for you! It may take upwards of 36-48hrs before I respond officially (you should receive an automated response). Masks are $25 each and freight is an additional $5 - $15 depending on size order. To save questions being asked continually about cost, styles etc I hope these points answer your questions. 1/ The masks are a 3 layered construction. Cotton Front, Cotton Back and fused Polyester filter with 3mm elastic loops ... warning, not everyone face is the same size. They are designed to FIT your face neatly and not hang. 2/ I have an Adult & Youths size option. Under Victoria Govt. guidelines (as at 22nd July), children under the age of 12 are ‘not required’ to wear a mask. 3/ Please look through the options below, Screenshot the pattern & send back to me and I will confirm availability. 4/ Masks are made to order after payment, no exceptions. 5/ Currently there is a 9-10 Working day turnaround. 6/ I do NOT keep stock on hand to sell over the counter. 7/ My masks are machine washable (they should be washed each day) 8/ You are most welcome to supply your own ‘front of face design’ material if you wish, I charge the same price. Spotlight, Lincraft & Shepp Sewing Centre have an awesome range. 9/ The time it takes to make, the cost of power, Machinery etc is more than what I charge, please do not ask for a discount. 10/ If you want to pay more, please do all donations welcome Lastly, please please please appreciate the time it takes to make these masks and that I am a one man show.... you’re kindness and patience is very much appreciated Rude or demanding behaviour either via FB or in store will not be tolerated.. These are not COVID-19 medical grade, they are a 3 layer construction and they will however hopefully stop you touching your face, coughing or sneezing at others. Something is better than nothing... 17.01.2022 I’m asking for assistance again please to maintain our valued large carpark here in Mooroopna. Community feedback closes December 4, 2020. If like me, and the hundreds who signed my petition, you wish to support the traders in allowing greater access to customer parking, please help us with your voice with your objection. Once they close the ‘Block 5’ carpark to through traffic, it will never be reopened... one of its best features. Tradies won’t be able to park there in the... morning to get their food for the day, transport vehicles to deliver stock, buses have used it for people to move safely to the toilets or vehicles with caravans.... they all use it as well, or patrons to the pub when there is a meeting or function.
