03.01.2022 My first attempt at a sponge in the Thermomix. Convincing Loz (My Mum) that she doesn't need another appliance for sponges and pav's. This sponge recipe was a winner and for pav's the key seems to be room temperature eggs and a clean bowl - do a vinegar wash first. ***VINEGAR WASH ...
