The team at Talk To Me Speech Pathology will be online to continue therapy support and provision using Zoom. 19.01.2022 We want to assure our families and clients that we are keeping up to date with recommendations about working with your children and/or family in the current climate - COVID-19. We will be implementing some extra precautionary measures and will continually review our service provision as more information and recommendations come to light. For now current scheduled sessions will continue. To assist us in keeping our staff, practitioners and fellow clients safe, please advise... the clinic if: - you or any of your family members have travelled overseas within the last two weeks or have had contact with someone who has, or - you have any of the following symptoms: cough, runny/stuffy nose, fever, sore throat, diarrhea or vomiting. We appreciate your support as we all navigate these uncertain times.

15.01.2022 As we monitor the positive cases and growing numbers of COVID-19 in our community we will continue to work to keep everyone safe. To do this, we ask our clients and families to: - Sanitise your hands on arrival - Adhere to social distancing in our waiting area and within the clinic. There is a maximum of 3 people in reception. If it is full please let reception know you have arrived and wait outside or in your car. We will let you know when your therapist is ready.... - Respond to basic health screening upon entering our clinic prior to your scheduled appointment. - Stay home if you are unwell or have cold/flu like symptoms. - Stay home if you or someone in your home has been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting results. - Only attend your scheduled appointment with one accompanying adult and no other family members including no siblings. We are happy to reschedule appointments if you need to stay home due to being unwell or due to you or someone in your home requiring testing for COVID-19 and/or awaiting results. Contact our team to reschedule face-to-face appointments or if you want to continue therapy through telehealth. Our team might be wearing face masks and we will have disposable ones available for client and their accompanying family member. Therapy with masks will be interesting! 15.01.2022 Its time to say goodbye for now... we will see you in 2 weeks. It will be different to what we have been able to provide but we will approach this new time with enthusiasm and optimism in unprecedented and uncertain times. Our clinic will be in contact with families when we re-open on Tuesday 14th April 2020. Please look after yourselves and your families as we go home to do the same with ours.

Celebrating this weeks allows us to promote what we do across the lifespan and with the 1.2 million Australians who have a communication disability.
