05.01.2022 Tallarooks Shiraz is elegant, harmonious and complex with medium palate weight. Ripe blackberry and plum aromas with hints of white pepper, pointing to the wines Central Victorian origin. French oak toast and vanilla enhance the fruit sweetness on the nose. Great length and finesse on the palate. Our 2019 vintage is available online now and this finely structured wine will age gracefully.
