22.01.2022 Group Fitness Classes are back! Starting from this Wednesday 22 July, 10am-11am weekdays. If you haven't tried them before, these classes are perfect for any and all fitness levels, and are a great way to restart your fitness journey if you haven't worked up a sweat for a while.... Remember: $3.90 per class (or free for our gym members) Maximum 20 people per class so bookings are essential! Bookings are accepted up to 7 days in advance Remember to bring your own water bottle and towel Call our reception team on 1800 753 732 to book your spot now!
