16.01.2022 Visited Tallong today to check in with the site, phone messages and good folk around town. Extraordinary driving through Wingello as you can see, I’m respectfully only posting vegetation and not burnt property. Tallong campus is currently safe and well. We continue to pray that our country home will be spared the devastation that so many locals have experienced since Saturday night. Recorded 6ml of rain so staying hopeful.

09.01.2022 Tallong Campus asks for prayers as we brace for the expected weather conditions. We are north of the Currowan fire which is anticipated to spread today. Photos show just how dry and sad the site is currently looking. No staff or guests are on site, so fingers crossed winds are in our favour.

06.01.2022 Update on current situation in Tallong, our RFS crew are extraordinary human beings. Wind changes last night resulted in Tallong being spared at the expense of Wingello and Bundanoon. Our thoughts are with locals who have lost property and stock.

01.01.2022 2020 SSC Year 10 Tallong Student Leaders’ graduation dinner. Celebrations, feasting and singing. Such a committed group of young women!

01.01.2022 Your daughters are safely leaving the Tallong campus on their way back to Strathfield. A bus will possibly replace trains between Moss Vale and Campbelltown, however all are well prepared for transfers and we are confident that Transport NSW have the adjustments under control. Girls are due on time back in Sydney. Safe journey home everyone!
