04.01.2022 Dear Parents, Just a quick update for you all. I hope you are all taking logical steps to ensure your family's well-being during the uncertainty of the current situation we are all in. Please get in touch if you need any additional support from the school and/or community.... As a school, we will be following protocols and procedures that are sanctioned by our governing bodies including the State and Federal Government. Under these recommendations, Tallowood Steiner School will remain open for the foreseeable future and in the meantime, we are developing Distance Learning Programs for all students (in case this situation changes further) and details will be sent to you all as necessary. The programs will vary dependent on the learning stages and may include an online component/s. Unfortunately, we will be postponing Surfing and all other school excursions listed for Term 1, this sadly also includes our traditional Autumn Fair. These decisions have been made in the best interest of social isolating and public safety. As requested last week, If your child has any cold/flu-related symptoms, please keep them at home and continue to encourage appropriate hygiene practices. The staff of Tallowood Steiner School will do all we can to continue to operate and manage the school as per normal, so please support us and each other through this time.
