20.01.2022 We need to keep holding the vision... There is doom and gloom. Yet can you feel yourself switching on? ... Can you feel that fire in your belly? Can you feel the unjust of what’s being rolled out, and know we’re being thrusted into a mass awakening? People are popping out of their hypnotised state every. single. day! We need to realise that the new laws that are being passed are just words on paper. They are an attemp at mind control. Just because a government enacts something... DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO COMPLY Make the decision now to say NO and realise it’s just another human, and their wish. But it has NO hold over you! We are the connected ones. We are operating from our source connection. We’ve done the healing work. We’ve been working on ourselves to be ready for this moment. They have no control over our being when we are embracing our own source connection. It’s time to next level it! Hold this vision of them falling away. Of us coming together to create a new reality. I know you see it! We’re the rebels, the dreamers, the entrepreneurs, the ones with the courage. To actually stand up, and ACT and bring the new reality into exsistance. Did you think it was going to be a walk in the park? If you’ve ever created a business, was it a walk in the park? No. It challenges the fuck out of you. Collaborate with other around you. It’s going to get dark. They are scared of us, hence all these new laws and intense moves. They’ll do whatever they can to enact this New World Order. Are you prepared if they cut off the food supply? Are you prepared if they seize the money in your account? Are you prepared if they close your business? Are you prepared if they make it compulsory to be vaccinated to school your kids or even go to your local shopping villiage to buy your basics? Are you prepared mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually? To handle whatever they throw at us next? Its not a time to divide Earthlings, it’s our time to come together. Help a brother up. Check on your neighbour. Speak your truth. Get comfortable with change. Get comfortable with speaking out. Get fit. Learn to defend yourself. Get clear. Find an alternate currency. Find a community. It’s the little things that make the BIG difference. Hold the vision of the new reality you can dream. You can see. You can feel. You can touch. If it’s in you, it’s possible! 08.01.2022 Are you curious to know why I’m so passionate about what I do? I’d like to share a little of my story..... The first photo below was me, ten years ago ... The second photo is my life now I was divorced after 17 years, and I had two beautiful children. I had a roof over my head and food on the table, I had (and still have) incredible friends and a life of Australian sunshine. But I was a little lost and directionless, and life has an incredible way of steering us back on to our true path. This photo was taken at a wedding, a couple of months after I had a very traumatic miscarriage. The beginning of my spiral into deep depression and suicidal thoughts. You can’t tell just from looking at the photo can you? That is how depression can look. Like everything is perfect from the outside. Not long after this photo was taken I began spending 4-5 hours a day at the gym, doing every class at full throttle. Exercise makes you feel good, that’s what they said. And it does. But only when you are also facing up to the real problem, not trying to run away from it. I began telling friends I was busy and I couldn’t catch up for coffee. I pretended I wasn’t at home so they couldn’t visit. The reality was I just wanted to be left alone. I was drowning. I didn’t want to die. I just wanted the world to stop so I could take a breath. Eventually the running away caught up with me. I collapsed during a gym class and I drove home crying, sobbing, at the despair my life seemed to be filled with. I reached out for help and began six months of psychology sessions and medication. And then a miracle happened, I was told about the power of Kinesiology. Ahhhhh, and now I discovered the magic of energetic medicine After one session my world changed dramatically! I began to release the pain and the trauma that I couldn’t shift, I felt lighter and suddenly I could breathe again. The light at the end of tunnel shone bright and I could see it! I wanted more! So the better I got the more curious I became, and then I studied everything about Kinesiology. Within six months of my first session I opened my clinic doors as a Touch for Health Therapist. A few years later I finished two diplomas in Mind Body Medicine and Kinesiology. Everyday since I have witnessed the healing powers of the body and it’s energy. Everyday since I have healed a little bit more of me. Every day since I grow, I learn, I share and I light the way for more souls to witness their own healing and transformation. 01.01.2022 This could cop some backlash Addiction can’t be about the addiction. It simply can’t be. Alcohol as a problem can’t be about the alcohol. ... It can only be about you, your life and what you want your life to be about. If alcohol fits into that life, then enjoy it. If alcohol doesn’t fit into that life, let it go. Other than that, don’t let someone call you an alcoholic and stop labelling other people as ‘addicts/addicted to alcohol’. Here’s an example and vulnerable share; Right now in my life, consistent alcohol consumption has no part. Building business, growing a family and always learning how to show up at another level with my loved ones is more important than drinking more often than not. It’s as simple as knowing what you want your life to be like and choosing to remove the obstacles that interrupt that process. So if nothing is being interrupted, don’t let it go. For example, if there comes a time when I’m older and I’ve had enough of ‘goal setting’ and ‘achievement’ and,'being present to hose around me' I might simply want to sit at the bowling club, sink schooners and watch the sun go down with other people doing the same thing. And maybe that will be the intention of living. Is it my intention now? No Would it completely interrupt the quality of my life? Yes We have to remove the stigma of you can either drink like a normal person (whateve the Fck that means) Or you are an alcoholic and need help. Alcohol is simply a tool like; - Money - Friends - Food - Gym All of which can be toxic as hell, if they don’t fit into your life. The message here is; Don’t ask yourself if you’re an alcoholic. And don’t point the finger calling someone else an alcoholic. Ask yourself if you’re living the life you love. If the answer is no, then figure out which tools are not moving you forward. I bet you’ll notice it’s more than just alcohol. - Negative friends - Boring career - Netflix etc You are a human being and it’s totally ok to step up in life. If that means dropping alcohol, it doesn’t have to mean you are in recovery or if you drink again everyone should be worried. It can simply mean, you are choosing to create more for yourself. And I tell you right now, the day you decide this, is the day you step above the social standard when it comes to quality of living. Trust this message resonates with one of you who wants to lower your intake but have been afraid due to the stigma and judgment of wanting more from yourself XX PS- You can choose to lower your intake and then start drinking again You can have a crack and change your mind Nothing is permanent and trying to get it right the first time is the No.1 reason why most people never start Love ya
