02.01.2022 Let’s talk about setting ourselves goals. Make them realistic & achievable.... Firstly, do not compare yourself to others, create small goals, write them down and work on challenging yourself to achieve them. Think about consistency & planning, And remember not to be hard on yourself. Nothing comes easy so be proud of your progress. I will be setting myself some goals, Physical, Mental & in Business.
