25.01.2022 Long post: Ive been on such a musical journey of late. To think I was happy where I was at, and then have it all taken away and have to patiently wait, then w...ork your ass off to get back an ounce of what you used to have and then some. I have people say its funny that a tutor has a teacher/s. Im so proud to say that I have two amazing people behind me (beside me if they could be) making me a better musician everyday. Karren Lee Salter Glaspy my vocal coach and Mark D'Rozario my guitar teacher. Thank you. I listen to music differently now, i feel it differently now and most of all Im proud of my accomplishments when I achieve them because I know I worked fucking hard for them. With the kids all sharing a room now and me painting our house we rent I thought with Brett working away and getting so little time at home and me being a stay at work from home mum I decide to dedicate a whole room to myself I will be padlocking away from the kids.... I hope... heres to my space my space, unspoiled by mess and tantrums. cheers to that peeps. Ps that old busted guitar was the first guitar I ever played. See more

18.01.2022 So in March (I think) I finally took the plunge into getting some guitar lessons off an amazing teacher down south. I dont think Ive ever picked up my guitar so much since having the kids. This is a little taste of what Ive been learning.

11.01.2022 Today is mine and Bretts 9 year anniversary so I think its fitting to do mine and Peta-Cherae Peters new song we wrote on Tuesday. Someone Forever I hope you like it as much as Peta and I enjoyed writing it. I wish she was here to do the harmonies for it coz they were so beautiful.

03.01.2022 Last nights gig out at Prairie races was super fun. I got asked at the beginning of the night do you work off a set list? and I said no and its reasons like last night I just go with the flow of the crowd. Funnest group. Most random songs requested and sang. Gotta love a country crowd.

02.01.2022 My latest challenge from my teacher Mark D'Rozario. Lay Down Sally- Eric Clapton. This solo literally kept me up to the late hours of the night and rising super early to practise with no kids around and get it up to speed. the things you got to do. As hard as it is for me I actually really dig the solo so I enjoy playing it. Bonus! Hope you like.
