19.01.2022 Please please please make sure your cleaning company gives you a guarantee they will return if needed (if they're doing their job properly you shouldn't need to call them back anyway) but... we are all human and things can be missed! We've done too many fix ups lately and I really hate to see tenants stressed over paying twice We give a 100% callback guarantee for your peace of mind, AND we are the preferred cleaner for a number of real estates in the Illawarra... remember, cheaper isn't always better and a reputable company can save you in the long run. 11.01.2022 Good morning to you. I'd just like to give you a quick update on where we're standing at this difficult time. I've just lost almost 33% of my work load in an instant last night but my employees will suffer more than I will. I'm taking this time and choosing to look at it as a well earned break that will be over before we know it. Stay calm, don't panic buy and extra special take care of your elderly neighbors and loved ones. At the moment I've made the decision to not take on any new clients, although i WILL be continuing with those we currently have. Please, if your unsure of anything or concerned about your/our safety with us being in your home or workplace don't hesitate to give me a call to discuss it. 10.01.2022 We have this covered!! For those who are concerned about us entering your home we have PPE measures in place i.e. gloves and mask and are using hospital grade disinfectant. The word is that constant wiping of surfaces as well as washing your hands after each task your perform (minimum of 20 seconds) can help to keep the nasties at bay. Combine this with social distancing and help to flatten the curve!! If any of our clients would like some of our hospital grade disinfectant please leave a bottle out and I will fill for you.
