Local Tasmanian scallops pan fried, then immersed into Janes spicy pumpkin soup. Caught only hours before being served. A credit to George Town Seafoods. Next up was an extremely tasty and textural truffle infused mushroom (picked locally) and pan fried gnocchi. Clever cuisine that made our day. Yay! Greeted and guided in a friendly way, showcasing fine spirits and handmade barrel making by reconstructing French and American oak barrels. Viewing a demo of charring and placing hoops on whiskey barrels was one of the many highlights.
